HOW LONG IT TAKES AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most of our products are made on order.
-All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched due to large demand and custom creation.
-We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
-Please allow 5-7 days for US delivery due to large demand and custom creation.
-Please allow 3-5 weeks for International delivery due to large demand and custom creation.
-We are not a shipping company, your packages are being handled by one of the shipping couriers below:

• United States Postal Service
• UPS
• S.F. Express
• FedEx

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
