Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

**Any Free, Just Pay Shipping (Giveaways) items on our site do not qualify for returns, but only replacement if received damaged, broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified.** 

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer. 

Note: We will not refund or replace returned items without labels/tags and the original packaging. Clothing should be in perfect condition (no wear and tear, wrinkles, stains, or smell). We will only refund or exchange items with manufacturer defects or damages provided they are reported to customer service within 3 days from the date of delivery and you provide a photo evidence of the damaged item. Product specification error made by buyer (e.g. size, color, design etc.) is ineligible for refund.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on CUSTOM ITEMS, SWIM WEAR, INTIMATE APPAREL, BODYSUITS such as underwear, boy shorts, leggings and etc.


Refunds (if applicable)

**Any Custom Printed Items on our site do not qualify for a refund or exchange. However, you are welcome to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support.**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds / Packages (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mynichedeals.com.

We provide standard free shipping with tracking. We will replace all items that have not been confirmed as being delivered after 45 days per tracking.  We are not responsible for stolen packages, if your item has been confirmed as being delivered per tracking, you will need to file a claim with the designated shipping carrier. We also are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided to us once item is already in transit. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange and/or refund please return back the item at our Return Mailing Address. Please email our support for further details at info@mynichedeals.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
